Staff being paid on phone in back room while customers want tickets from 7am to 7.50

Complaint against National Rail

I came to the station this morning 19th Jan around 7 we were waiting for tickets no one around lights on the guy was on his phone on the back. He appeared for 2 mins to serve someone chatting on his phone then took off in the back before I had chance to get my money and pass out he hadn't opened the inner doors to get to the train he looked like he'd been asleep I know there are stations to get tickets but he's there to serve customers not be on the phone looking like he had been woke up.
