Change to flight date

Complaint against Wizz Air

As wizzair does not seem to respond to it's customers feedback, this more a warning for new customers. If you are required by external circumstances to change the date of your flight, be aware that even if your new flight is cheaper by £130, you will still have to pay £150 fee (2adults return). This exploiting company states that "only difference in tax" will be refunded, but tax on old and new ticket was the same - £0. Ticket difference, even thought it was £130 lower, is not refunded and you are still required to pay £150 fee. Totally unfair business practice.
