Complaint against Fleetway Travel

Worst company ever! Was not able to rent our car at the Milan Airport. As a result had to pay 100 euros to get to our hotel by taxi. Had to rearrange our entire trip after the first 3 days as we could not drive to the destinations that had been set up for us. Called Fleetway.....did get one response from a person named Lowry. She was suppose to call us back Regarding the problem and we never heard from her again. So, we had to make our own hotel reservations in different Places and take the train to where we wanted to go. Tried to cancel the hotel reservations Louisa had made for us, but the hotels said Fleetway must do that. On the one and only call we were to,d that even if Fleetway were to cancel their reservations they would not get their money back. Well, what about OUR money???? It was not,our fault we could not get to the cities and hotels Louisa had booked without Getting a car. My friend and I had to spend over 1,000 Euros each just to have a decent vacation after traveling over 20 hours just to get to Milan. Poor communications And since we have to pay up front with cash, we could not go back to our credit card provider. Should have seen the RED FLAG when payment had
