Novasol

Having to go LEGAL to get our money back. We booked a villa in Spain (nr Marbella) through Novasol Denmark. Sadly, the villa was not as described on the web site - also with exposed wiring, wasp infested garden, air con units that did not work properly (the top of the villa, where the Master Bedroom was situated, was like a furnace ... impossible to sleep up stairs). We have been effectively ignored since - and even our Security Deposit and Cleaning / Sundries bill of €500 each has not been returned. Disgraceful company - would not recommnend.
