NH Hotel Group
My room has not been cleaned for two days, after I returned back to the hotel Saturday evening I went to the front desk where they wrote it down and promised my room would be clean, fresh bedding coffee replenished, fresh towels and shampoos, we had nothing. I returned back to the hotel Sunday evening and the room had not been touched. I don't normally complain but I paid €416 for three nights and to sleep in someone's disgusting bed sheets is putrid. Hopefully I haven't caught anything. When I spoke to the front desk for the third time they said they didn't understand me. Very poor, the hygiene in a war zone is by far miles better.
