Complaint against AtlasGlobal

Formal complaint- KK2002 Dear Sir/Madam, Please accept this email of a formal complaint regarding flight KK2002. On the 10th of December Atlas Global flight KK2002 was delayed for 8 hours. During this time period, I phoned the airline to enquire what was happening and was informed there was nothing they can do, as it was a act of God. I understand the precautions that needed to be taken regarding the snow but I think common courtesy to your passengers would have been for us to be kept abreast of the situation at regular intervals. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The outcome of this 8 hour waiting period was, myself and my two daughters, one of which has mental health issues and anxiety due to flying had to sit down in a freezing cold airport departure lounge while they supposly decided to clear the runway. The attitude of staff was disappointing to say the least and at no time was any common decency show. Additionally, on my return flight my daughter that has mental health issues had her suitcase delayed by two days before it was returned to her. Inside was her daily medication and other important belongings. Again, no compassion or understanding was shown by any staff members. Due to the stress an anxiety that this had caused myself and my children, I would like to be compensated for the 8 hour delay and inconvenience caused.
