Forced to pay for a boarding pass when I was physically unable to obtain the pass

Complaint against Ryanair

Due to being in the military on a British warship I was unable to log on to the Ryanair website & retrieve my boarding pass. I tried several times on my phone also but to no avail. Moreover I arrived at Malta airport in plenty of time to use a terminal there to get my boarding pass but the staff were rude and when they did eventually log me on, it still wouldn't work. This incident happened over a year ago and I have contacted this airline several times but not once have they acknowledged me. I have all the details for this incident.
