Informed on 11th November we had been awarded compensation for cancelled flights in September.

After a nightmare jumping through every hoop available , spending a fortune on phone calls plus wasting hours of my life trying to talk to a person we were finally informed by email on the 11th November that we had been awarded compensation for cancelled flights in the September Ryanair debacle. BUT WHERE is this money? 6 weeks later many phone calls later and still no sign of a penny. My last phone call through their only available number.. the general ryanair number for everything was with a very unhelpful and rude man . I had got to the point of dreading ringing them as it was so time consuming and expensive so I asked if I could have the customer services number to be told in no uncertain terms they didn’t have one. An email address? No there wasn’t one. I told him I just needed to be able to contact without having to wait 30 mins on an expensive call . He rudely told me there was no other way of contacting. What company doesn’t have contacts for their customer service department!!!! He told me I would just have to wait and the compensation would come. Well that was 2 weeks ago still no money. WHERE IS OUR COMPENSATION???? I have been more than reasonable, the cost of calls , cost of interest on credit card will wipe out the bloody compensation amount soon so gloves off Ryanair. I’m starting a social media campaign of hate against Ryanair. Never will I or family or friends fly with them and I am making sure I put off as many people as I can. Recommending jet2 to everyone I can. At least you can communicate with them like any other normal company. RYANAIR ARE RUBBISH.
