Complaint against Ryanair

I purchased drinks and food for myself and a customer and was told that I would have to download the Reciept after landing as they have no printers onboard. I have since tried to download the Reciept using their form only to have the error message “No data found for the given criteria” come up. I have spent half an hour on their “chat” only to be told to use Google Chrome - I use Safari on an iPad - and that would definitely work. I downloaded Google Chrome and guess what it didn’t!! It was also suggested that I should get a laptop to download my Reciept- ha ha
