I, my partner, daughter and cousin flew from palma airport on ryain Air flight back to Liverpool at 22.20. On boarding the plane I told the cabin crew that my 12 year old daughter has a severe Nut Allergy and I carry 2 epi pens for her. I was told that they would not sell any nuts on the plane and they even explained on the plane to passengers that not nuts can be purchased or consumed. I was sat in seat 10e away from my daughter even though she has a severe nut allergy which is not acceptable as I carry her epi pens. My partner (my daughters dad) was also sat apart from her. This shouldn't off happened. As I went to go to the toilet my partner told me that the crew had peanut M and Ms on the cabin Trolley selling them. These are peanuts! My daughters life has been at risk with regaurds to the staff selling them. I am angry at the fact the cre stated none would be sold and they were selling them. How can this happen? I am angry with the whole situation and I am seeking advice! Ryan air have put my daughters life at risk simple! Also with regards charging me 100euro to put our 4x cabin luggage into the drop off is a disgrace, I was told there was no space in the hold on the plane when there clearly was, there was plenty of room above my self! I have used Ryan air in the past and have had no problem. But this has put me off flying with yourselves as you put a child's life in danger, seated my daughter on her own with a severe nut allergy and have been totally ripped of with the 100euro charge for cabin luggage when there was clearly space on the aircraft. I will be taking this further if not dealt with efficiently. Thank you.
