Ryanair check in online and on app wouldn't work, next day forced to pay £135 for 3 check ins!

Complaint against Ryanair

When we tried to check in the day before our flight, it said that the information we had inputted was incorrect. This was around 5-7pm on the 14th November 2015. It stated our reservation number was invalid when it was correct. We then tried ringing the Ryanair helpline and was kept on hold for an hour between 5-6pm. Therefore, not being able to check in , we had to check in at Stansted airport in which we showed the lady at the customer service desk our check in wasn't working but was working on the machines (this was still 2 hours before the flight departure), in which she told us to screenshot the app and send to you to obtain a refund on price of the 3 check outs. We asked for a formal letter to state our reservation number wasn’t working however she insisted a print screen would be sufficient. We also tried the manual way but the Ryanair website would not let me input the date we were flying out. When I complained to Ryanair they REFUSED to give me a refund. Funnily enough when I checked in for my return flight with Easyjet the same day I tried to check in my Ryanair flight, everything worked and I checked in successfully.
