Eurolines cancelled coach journey 3 days before departure and have provided no refund

Complaint against Eurolines

Eurolines cancelled my coach trip from Nice to Munich three days before departure in July 2019 without any warning or explanation via email. Had to find and pay for, different company to take us at very short notice and inflated prices. We had booked other connections in Munich including accommodation. Promised to pay full refund within 15 days. No refund as yet (August 20th 2019). No answer from any of their phone lines or emails despite numerous emails and calls. Very poor customer service please do not use this company. They just do not care.
