Eurostar insensitive to its customers by refusing refunds

Complaint against Eurostar

After the weekends trdgedy in france, many many customers do not feel safe in france. Every company I have dealt with, including Disney land paris have offered full no quibble refunds. Eurostar have simply said terms and cnditions say no refunds. we are operating normal services, no special measures in france all is safe and normal. If you wish you can pay 30 ppounds each way per person to change dates. Look at their facebook page and you will see the amount of complaints. I was looking for legal advise as it is in no way normal in france at the moment and whilst its not their fault they are holding us to ransom. Families who are frightened. France ministry of education has said school trips both foreign and domestic are to be cancelled, so how is it safe for families to go. Please help
