Complaint against Eurostar
My partner and I are due to travel to Paris on the 20th November 2015. With the current threat, security concerns and general compassion we have decided not to travel. I have non refundable tickets which I accept however when I contacted Eurostar to change the dates to 19th February 2016 I was told I would have to pay a £170 fee - this is more than what I originally paid for the tickets. I then sent an email in writing asking for an explanation of the extortionate fee they are asking for, I'm still waiting for a reply. Eurostar seem to be using the unfortunate situation in Paris to their financial benefit showing a complete lack of compassion at the same time.
