Jah Hause: 1/5 Stars 09/01/2018 Valunation Awful and Life Changing report Watch out for this company surveyors because they are completely out of touch with buy to let property issues in inner London. They will de-value your property based on their own views of utopia just to cover they backs. Valunation has not yet responded. Miss Michelle Stiles: 1/5 Stars 25/07/2015 Shockingly inaccurate homebuyers report Valunation recently valued my property, or rather, they didn't because they claimed that the condition of the property was so bad that they couldn't value it. Unfortunately, the majority of the report is factually incorrect, a lot of it is completely made up, such as suggesting the woodwork has wet rot despite not having even inspected this, suggesting several ceilings were cracked and bowing under the weight of items in the loft (completely fabricated!), suggesting there was damp (with no evidence to support this), suggesting the bay window leaked (with no evidence to support this), suggesting there were no test certificates for gas appliance (despite gas appliance having been disconnected well before the survey was carried out!). I am unclear as to how such assumptions can be stated as fact in a report being used to value a property, which then lost me my sale. I have tried to request a copy of the company's complaints procedure, but they have refused to give me this because I was not the client, only the person who's house they have attacked.
