Simon Spurrell: 1/5 Stars 10/02/2020 The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced! I reported a fault with a brand new Rangemaster over 22 days ago. I had to chase them 3 times after their 48 hours response failed to materialise. I have now chased them up on 6 occasions including their CEO's office and still they ignore me! I gave them ultimatum to replace the oven as unfit for purpose and I have been forced to demand my money back from the retailer. Do not be fooled by their brand they are charlatans selling poor quality goods with zero customer support and a total and utter contempt and disregard for those that purchase their appliances! Avoid this company at all costs would be my advice to anyone thinking of investing in their brand. AGA Rangemaster has not yet responded. Pamela Jacobs: 1/5 Stars 27/10/2017 Appalling from day one My cooker was faulty from the start. Aga sent a workman who was rude and obnoxious. After one year of the cooker not working properly Aga agreed to a replacement. Arranging the delivery was a nightmare - I was told the only day available was Thursdays. I rescheduled Work meetings etc to be told the delivery and installation man was ill. Eventually the delivery date was fixed after several phone calls and having to take unpaid leave. On the day the actual day they turned up early - delivery time was between 12/1pm - I asked for more a bit more time as the bin men had arrived at the same time and access to the property was blocked. I needed to clear access to the gas meter. One of the men was so rude and inflexible - I asked for 20 minutes - he actually said ‘I can always say the customer refused delivery’. I was at the end of my tether. He had a aggressive demeanour and I felt he was being racist. He appeared to be more concerned about getting off early to have!lunch - it was 11.40am. The cooker has been installed and appears to be working. However I dread it breaking down again as calling Aga is a total nightmare. The customer service is atrocious- when calling there is no option for customer service. On one occasion I made 6 calls after being passed around. I was then offered £30 as a ‘goodwill’ gesture which does not reflect the time energy and sheer exasperation of having to deal with Aga. A Ben Hibson spoke to me in a condescending and arrogant manner. I have a very stressful job and don’t have time to deal with this. I chose this brand believing it was prestigious and believing it would look after their customers. I would never recommend this company to friends or family and wish I had never had to deal with them myself. AGA Rangemaster has not yet responded. Anne Watson: 1/5 Stars 08/08/2017 Falcon induction cooketl I have spent so much money on repairs for my cooker .the company uses first for service .the engineers are so badly trained and I gather self employed so don't really care .Been in touch with rangemaster they don't care either customers don't matter a fig to them Stay away don't buy .
