Joanne Lisle: 1/5 Stars 15/04/2019 Not fit for purpose Booked order for delivery on 5th April. Arrow contacted me the night before to confirm, then contacted me at the time the delivery should have arrived and said they couldn't make it. Their excuse was 'items didn't arrive in time to put on van' which was a lie, since they contacted me the evening before to say they had the items at their depot. They then booked delivery for a date without confirming with me first (despite their 'tracker' stating 'customer arranged'). I contacted them and arranged an acceptable date, only to go back to their site to find they'd booked a completely different date. I contacted them to arrange delivery today, 15th (today), again they told me the order was arranged for today, and then contacted me this morning to say AGAIN it isn't arriving. Their excuse this time was 'not enough room on the van'. This is a delivery company! How can they simply cancel a delivery because they can't fit stuff in a van?? I have wasted two days holiday on this so far, and I have no confidence this company are actually capable of EVER delivering my order. This company is not fit for purpose. Avoid them, and avoid anyone who uses them as their delivery agent, as you may never see your purchases! ArrowXL has not yet responded. Iris Denny: 1/5 Stars 05/02/2018 Arrow xl worst company ever Ordered a wardrobe with delivery date phoned me to say it had been smashed in transit .they never even phoned very to let them know I had to other delivery slot for today and no wardrobe-phoned them complete waste of time saying now that they are waiting for some of the parcel still to come very should sack these cowboys they couldn’t run a bath never mind a company ArrowXL has not yet responded. Jules Coll: 1/5 Stars 25/05/2019 Customer service is a joke Spent £k on garden furniture for family event, given a time slot of 3.15-5.15, I had to pick my daughter up from the train station from school a 10min round trip in the car. Spoke to cust service earlier in day to ask for message to be sent to drivers that I will be out of the house from 4.45pm for 10mins so if they arrive during this time, can they start unloading and I will be back before they’d have finished. Cust service agent told me no need as driver will call me before hand. Time came, I had to leave no phone call, but I still left a note on my door to say I will be back in 10mins and time for when that was 4.45-4.55pm, when I got home they had arrived at 4.50pm I have a camera on my front door, they did not even try to ring the bell or knock on the door, they also arrived with card already completed, and ignored my note. Took me 35mins to get through to Cust services, but they did nothing as have no power or authority over the couriers. When they contact courier, first of all they lied and said they had called me , then when I protested they said they couldn’t call me as their ‘calling device’ was broken. Their online app still said they were delivering parcel number 41, where mine was number 55, so this was also faulty. They refused to deliver next day as well. I had the garden furniture as had planned a family get together and BBQ, which has now been ruined and the company couldn’t care less. Have wrote to CEO, but not holding out on much hope. Adam Clews: 1/5 Stars 17/08/2019 Arrowxl cancelled my delivery Arrowxl sent me a no replyable message saying that my arranged delivery for today has been cancelled half an hour after the arranged delivery time. VERY POOR SERVICE ON THERE BEHALF as i can't even contact them to find out why. Will definitely NOT be using them again ArrowXL has not yet responded.
