Gaby N: 1/5 Stars 02/11/2017 They don t want to give me a refound or resend my parcel I wrote a wrong address the courier left it woth a neighbour. I have let them know about the old address and asked them to talk with Hermes couriers, but they didn t. I asked avout a refound, and they told me to go there. I went to my old address the ppl say they didn t receive anything now, nobody wants to give me a refound Beauty Bay has not yet responded. Georgina Skelton: 2/5 Stars 28/03/2019 Still no refund I ordered 3 items from beauty bay 6 days ago. They cancelled my order 20 minutes later as they stated one of the items were incorrectly priced, so they cancelled my order (didn’t cancel the payment as it still went through 2 days after.) and told me I would be refunded in 3 days. I had to re order the items... paying even more money. I expected to receive my refund fast as it was the company’s fault and not a return. Laura McCracken: 1/5 Stars 10/04/2019 Totally disappointed I placed an order in 28/03/19 for 2 products. Expected then to arrive 2/04/19. When I didn't receive them on the expected date I checked the tracking to discover they had been successfully delivered on 02/04/19 at 1.01pm. I didn't receive a slip in my letter box to say a delivery attempt was made. I checked around my house and with neighbours there was no parcel anywhere. I emailed beauty bay on the 03/04/19 to query this. They replied with a list of questions, asking me where I had checked and have I made sure to check everywhere and with neighbours. After a few emails back and forward I was told the courier would redeliver on 09/04/19. It is now 10/04/19 and I still haven't received my parcel. I have asked on numerous occasions for a full refund my requests have been ignored! I'm extremely disappointed and annoyed about this. This emailing back and forward has been going on for over a week. All I want is my money back !!! Beauty Bay has not yet responded. Maisha Choudhury: 1/5 Stars 16/08/2019 No refund On the 12th of August 2019 I ordered 4 items from beauty bag which cost a total of 21 pounds . I got a message saying My order will be delivered on the 16th of August I waited at home all day until I went online and checked for myself , on the website it said it was delivered yet I didn’t get anything. I asked my next door neighbour if they got a package but they denied yet online it said delivered. Later on, on the stairs of my building I find an empty beauty bag box with the name tag and address ripped off! What a total disappointment! Beauty Bay has not yet responded. Kelly Reynolds: 1/5 Stars 06/09/2019 Terrible customer service Terrible service. After contacting them through WhatsApp, Instagram, their website form and twitter I had no response. They have sent my parcel to the wrong address (issue with my paypal account). I contacted them within 1 hr of placing the order and they ignored me but now say it is too late to change the delivery address (the following day). On twitter I was told they do not monitor whatsapp. Why then say this is how to contact them for customer service. On top of this they were 'online' the whole time I was sending messages. No phone number to speak to anyone and no responses on all ways to apparently contact them. I will never be making purchases through beautybay again.
