Marco Andrade: 1/5 Stars 24/11/2018 Very poor delivery service The delivery driver didn’t even bring the bed inside the house. He was throwing other items which I guess is other customers items onto the floor. Very rude and was only interested in the money. Will never ever use them again. beds.co.uk has not yet responded. Domo Lynch: 1/5 Stars 19/10/2019 WARNING!! ATTENTION! I have checked and this company does trade by different names. (See review bellow) We ordered a so called deluxe fsingle bed or our daughter with a deluxe spring and memory foam mattress. Firstly the delivery idiots dumped the bed outside and drove away as quick as possible leaving my partner to carry it up 4 stories, when opening the package we found the bed to be cheaply constructed with damage and scratches all over. The mattress is only 2inches thick with extremely hard srings which protrude through the material with a kitchen sponge type of material. We are absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the sellers and quality of the bed and I strongly advise against purchasing from beds.co.uk or one of there other names We will be seeking leagle action against them for misrepresentation And highly recommended that NO ONE purchases form these suppliers..... P.s. the good reviews you find are company employees. Dont fall victim to these criminals beds.co.uk has not yet responded. Adrian Lee: 1/5 Stars 07/01/2019 Poorest customer service I have ever come across, its non existent! Poorest customer service I have ever come across, its non existent! I ordered a divan, mattress and headboard directly from their website beds.co.uk When the bed arrived the two divan parts were the same and there was no way to fix them together or attach the headboard (which cost extra). I tried emailing, I tried calling, I tried leaving online chat messages but I just cant get through to them by any of those methods. I have been unable to speak to anyone at all. In the end I had no choice but to open a PayPal dispute, to which beds.co.uk said they would issue a refund as soon as I return the bed. This is just lazy customer service, by offering the refund the emphasis is on me to return a double bed and mattress, rather than on them to deliver what they should have in the first place. This is no use to me, it means I'd have to package up a double bed and pay the costs of returning it which is a lot of work on my part just to make up for their mistake. I imagine the shipping would not be a small charge either. What I want is what I ordered and paid for in the first place but no-one has contacted me to actually find a solution, I cant get hold of anyone at beds.co.uk at all. I would just order somewhere else and not risk it, I don't seem to be the only person with these kind of issues. beds.co.uk has not yet responded. Jilly Adamson: 1/5 Stars 15/10/2018 Awful quality I ordered a double divan, it arrived two hours outside its delivery slot damaged. The quality of the bed was the worst I have ever seen. All materials had been stapled to the base and some of that was ripped. There were no holes to attach the headboard and you had to rip the canvas to join the beds together. beds.co.uk has not yet responded. Snapout Snakes: 1/5 Stars 16/10/2018 Bed not delivered We ordered a bed and was meant to turn on a Monday we got confermation of bed coming and said between 10 and 4 so my partner took the day of to help because I have ms and got rid of old bed. They rang us at 11am to tell us the bed will not be coming so I am having to sleep on floor plus the customer service was shocking and did not try to help us please do not buy from this company they do not care about the customer beds.co.uk has not yet responded.
