Aretha Folan: 1/5 Stars 14/01/2020 Never buy from this company I other half ordered me a coat for Christmas and it doesn’t fit as it’s size L and it’s China sizes and I’ve tired to back since 27th December and still fighting I get 1 message a day I asked for their send back address and then they tell me I’ve always got it They will not send me a returns label and I’m very disappointed in them. Never never never buy from them they are the worst customer service ever!!!! Berrylook has not yet responded.
