Andrea Higgin: 2/5 Stars 11/11/2019 trying to complain about a product and get a refund I purchased 2 hair dyes approx 2 weeks ago as they were being sold very cheap. I use these products all the time. When I came to use on of them last week, I noticed that the colour seemed a different colour to normal in the bottle when I mixed it so I checked the sell by date. Both products were almost 2 years out of date! Needless to say, I didn't use them. I have been into the shop today to complain and to get my money back.I made a special trip intyo town to do this. The young man who dealt with my complaint went to get the manager who was in the back of the shop and apparently with someone from the bank so she would be a few minutes. To cut a long story short, she didn't appear, not for the want of the young man trying! She kept telling him she would only be a few mins, but 20 mins later she still hadn't appeared so I had to leave as my husband was sat in the car waiting for me. I couldn't leave it any longer as my husband had a hip replacement 2 weeks ago and struggles to sit for too long. there are a few issues here. 1.Selling products that are way out of date, shouldn't be allowed. 2. Keeping customers waiting without an apology or any alternative. 3. having no one else in the shop that could have dealt with my complaint in the manager's absence. I now have to go back to the shop on another day, but this isn't convenient for me as I work the tues wed and thurs and can't get into town until next Monday. The young man was lovely. I don't want him to be worrying that I am going to be complaining about him. He did his best. My issue is with the manager. I have no idea who this is. Please could someone get back to me at their earliest convenience regarding this matter. The product is Nice and Easy.Born Red. 8WR. Natural Golden Auburn Blonde The date on the product is 01/2018. Diana Williams: 1/5 Stars 06/06/2018 Young lasses I think it's disgusting how bodycare staff are getting treated by ur mansfield branch managers. Lm shock that you never look into why so many people are leaving this branch in the four seasons.they treat young staff like dirt..bloody disgusting. Bodycare has not yet responded. Gerald Walley: 1/5 Stars 22/05/2018 Attitude dear sirs, on visiting your store in workington cumbria today 22/05/2018 as we do at least once a week, i was looking at razor blades to see which ones i needed to fit my razor. the sales assistant very rudely said to me if you want any thing off there i will get them . this took me aback as i am not used to being spoken to in this manner. this made me feel so embarassed as there was quite a few people in the store . the time was 1315hrs. i look forward to a reply from you . yours g walley. Bodycare has not yet responded. Lucy Jones: 1/5 Stars 26/03/2018 Dry Skin Creams Hi, I am emailing as i purchased some creams from the bodycare store in Hanley. They were specifically for dry skin and so i wanted to buy one, but they were 3 for 2 so i ended up getting 3. However after coming home and trying one, they have in fact made my skin more dry which is the opposite of what they are for. Consequently i payed over £20 and have these creams no good for my skin. Shirley Clark: 1/5 Stars 27/12/2017 Very poor customer service I was in body care in East Kilbride today and the woman who served me had the worst customer service. She was also extremely rude and bad mannered towards her colleague. When I asked her to get me a product which was stored behind the counter this was met with a disapproving sigh as she had to go and get a ladder to get it. I currently work in retail which I know can be frustrating but you can not afford to show this to your customer base as it may result in reviews like this. Bodycare has not yet responded.
