Alycia Oh: 1/5 Stars 13/06/2019 Cancel Wizard Is A Scam This company has been scamming members of the fitness center I work for into assisting them in cancelling their memberships. When searching the e-mail address in the url bar of their web browser a link pops up for Cancel Wizard to assist you in canceling your fitness membership with us. After charging a fee, they claim to have been in correspondence with our customer service department is email regarding the member’s account. There are no records of these alleged conversations and all member interactions are noted in the members account. We do not share any account information with anyone but the account holder. Cancel Wizard’s company is fraudulently obtaining personal and private information, charging fees for services not rendered. Cancel Wizard is taking advantage persons of specifically the elderly, little or no ability to speak English and those with minimal computer skills. This company is the epitome of false advertisement. Cancel Wizard is not a business of integrity but a morally bankrupt grift. Cancelwizard has not yet responded. I then received the following email - I just saw your request to cancel Premier Passport using CancelWizard's cancellation service, but you did not complete payment. We would love for you to be one of our customers, so I went ahead and generated a discount for your cancellation. I also included some testimonials from recent happy customers for you to check out. If you have cancelled yourself and no longer need our services, please disregard this email. Thanks again :) Colleen Cancelwizard Support I went to the link to cancel and they wanted me to send them $30 to cancel a services I never signed up for; and that was a "discount". I am sure glad I never got to the point where I gave them any billing information. Stay away from this service Cancel Wizard has not yet responded. Patricia Davis: 1/5 Stars 02/09/2016 Fraudulent extraction of monie on Sept 2nd I noticed Amazon had taken 99.00 from my account that I had not authorized. I went online to rectify the matter and somehow got into your website which by the way was in the same area as Amazon. I was asked personal information which I gave thinking this was legit. then at the end I was told there was a charge for cancelling. thinking nothing about it until this morning when I found out the charge was 35.00. called Amazon and was told they had no record of my account being cancelled and they were going to refund my 99.00. I was also told by rep that your company was not in anyway connected to them and they would never charge to cancel., I called my bank and told them the situation. at this point in time my account is overdrawn and I will be charged overdraft. I also had them cancel my charge card because they wanted to protect me. I am 71 years old living on SS. I cannot have this. I want my 35.00 returned to my account. I am having to contact al the companies who use my card for payments. I cannot express enough the pain you and your company have caused me. I am going to file a complaint through the bank to rectify this matter and maybe contact the BB to let them know how you treat the public. FOR SHAME Cancel Wizard has not yet responded. John Kinnear: 1/5 Stars 21/08/2015 Cancellations this company ,email--"[email protected]" sent me an email purporting to have cancelled my service with paypal..and proceded to suggest that a cancellation be actioned..this is utter nonsense as no such acti0n has ever been made.. who are they and how did they get my email address? be warned John Cancel Wizard has not yet responded.
