Jean Docherty: 5/5 Stars 28/11/2019 Caernarfon Store, fantastic! Felt i had to mention the excellent customer service i received from Dawn at the Caernarfon store. Happy, cheerful and nothing too much trouble. Also a long haired young lady on the shop floor (who's name i can't recall) was very helpful in helping me find a card i needed for a family occasion. Keep smiling ladies and Dawn, it's refreshing to see such a happy soul behind a till! Keep up the good work. Wendy Crag: 3/5 Stars 17/06/2019 Disgusting behaviour of staff On Friday fathers day weekend, I went into Carlton Lanes in Castleford, card factory shop, I was looking at the fathers day display cards, where a few of the staff had gather and where talking about a other member of staff, the staff member is a lady who usually works Sundays for the shop, and how one of the staff was putting her down, that she is this and that and how she always up mangers backside and gets on her nerves, the lady that was putting her down has dark hair long tail, she was behaving like a 5year old, when I and my friend got to the tills, someone shouted for the Sunday lady to jump on and help, the dark haired pony tail lady said, why is she back on tills for, looked at her like she was mud on her feet, the Sunday lady must of heard, as her face looked upset, but she just put a smile on her face and got on the tills and started talking with the customers, the Sunday lady served me and I told her I was putting in a complaint has i wasn't happy with what I heard the other staff was talking about her, all she said was okay, the Sunday lady is a very pleasant person, always asking customers if they need help and always has a minute to talk to you, you need more staff like her, to be mean and avoid talking to her is disgusting behavior, this needs reporting to the manager of the shop, I'm surprised the Sunday lady is still working for the shop, Card Factory has not yet responded. Anna Maria: 1/5 Stars 17/08/2018 Never again! I placed an order online for like a set of welcome home hellium balloons. The picture showed around 10 big nice balloons. I got a huge box at home and l decided not to open it until the day of event. What was in this huge box? 3 balloons, one broken so bassically 2. I paid almost 30 pounds for this?! I want a refund l also have pictures with the huge box and the balloons. Moreover on site it was specifies they are inflated, in my box only one of them was. Card Factory has not yet responded. Carolann Hall: 1/5 Stars 08/08/2018 Staff complate Went in to card factory wednesbury today, the girl in there on the till had no customer servicebat all , i gave her a £10 she asked if i had anything smaller i said sorry i haventbshe them puffed and went well ull have to have it all in change , she spoke to me like something she had drodded in i asked her if she understood what customer setvice ment and she went what , ive been in retail for over 20years and was not happy at all, i will no return the shop or will friends or family . Anna Marie: 1/5 Stars 03/09/2018 Disgusting customer services item got delivered faulty and no responsibility accepted, just ignored me , no refund offered and lack of communication trying to get out of it. also paid 1st class and got slow delivery. do not use them they rip u off Card Factory has not yet responded.
