Gerald Heyes: 1/5 Stars 27/07/2016 Call out charges I had a problem(still have a problem) with an integrated (Liebherr )fridge-I called this company ,having got their number from the internet.Mark, their engineer, came out the following day,looked inside the unit, said it needed a part,he'd order it ,and he would need a cheque for £75 to proceed any further with it. I gave him the cheque, and have never seen him since, despite numerous phone calls,"He's out on a job, I'll get him to ring you back..."etc. For a few days after this, the company disappeared from the listings, they were upgrading their phone lines,then we got a mysterious text saying he'd been ill, and involved in a road accident,but 6 weeks later I am still no wiser, and £75 less well off .Incidentally, I googled "Liebherr Repairs," and got an address in Wakefield, the lady told me they had a representitive in the area, his name was Mark...I went no further with my enquiry. CK Appliances LTD has not yet responded. Ruth Evans: 1/5 Stars 31/10/2019 Scam don’t use In August my fridgefreezer broken down I went on the internet to find a engineer. His name was mark from the Black Country he said I need a part. 8 weeks later still waiting for my part. He rang and said he can’t get the part. I rang Samsung they had the part in they couldn’t understand why he said that. But still I was out of pocket £86 for call out charge but said don’t worrie it comes out of the next call out. I never saw him again. Samsung has fixed my fridge freezer. And now iv read the reports on here it’s like my story I will go further with this he needs stopping CK Appliances LTD has not yet responded. Keith Matthews: 1/5 Stars 15/03/2018 Fridge repair The engineer called to look at my aeg fridge . He told me we needed a new part and would order and be back to fit it . Charged me £78 and then never came back ,never answered his phone or replied to texts .Finally tracked him down and he made several promises but never kept one . I gave up and called another company to fix it which was just as well because his diagnosis was completely wrong . CK Appliances LTD has not yet responded. Debbra Tullah: 1/5 Stars 21/01/2019 Have no intentions of repairing appliances. A service engineer came out to repair our oven. He claimed that he would have to order a part. He said we had to pay upfront £89, but that the visit to fix the oven would be covered by that payment. Several weeks later he has yet to return, he has ignored all texts. This is fraudulent company and is a complete ripe off. Do not use them. CK Appliances LTD has not yet responded.
