Wilbert Baca: 1/5 Stars 27/11/2019 Fraud regarding CSCS card I phoned to construction helpline regarding my Cscs card application.As a wanted a skilled card,They've sold me package that contained a part of NVQ6 and AQP cscs card. Took all relevant details and full payment. 60£ for AQP and 366£ for part of that NVQ6 on 30th October 2019. I sent them all my documents and after six weeks they say that my application was rejected. I sent them an email and They told me that they will review my case. After that I have not had any response from them yet. I just need to know when they will be refunding me. In all due respect I believe it should be a full refund. Just need to resolve this as possible. Construction Helpline has not yet responded. Keith Mitchell: 1/5 Stars 08/02/2019 Cscs card Was informed that it would be quicker to use this company to apply for a renewal of my cscs card still waiting after 5 weeks No card spoke to cscs directly they told me that it would take 3 to 5 working days if I used them So why am I still waiting Can’t apply for the card with cscs until I get proof that construction helpline have cancelled my order How do they get away with it Construction Helpline has not yet responded. Stephen Kinsella: 1/5 Stars 14/06/2019 Complaint I have been waiting for my cscs card for six weeks now although I was told it would take 3-5 working days.After a fortnight of waiting I phoned to find out where it was and why it cost £60 to be robbed off about post and packaging after a heated conversation I decided I wanted a refund which surprise surprise hasn't turned up either I have just come off the phone asking for my card or money back to be told to send them my paperwork again livid so I said I want a refund and was told I would have to write to them for a refund (is this the 21st century or not)I've had enough now they need reporting and I'm going to do it absolute rip-off merchants. Construction Helpline has not yet responded. Rob Bennett: 1/5 Stars 27/04/2018 Citb I was contacted about my Cscs card and payed for it in February I have had to contact them end of April to chase the card and the receipt, unimpressed to say the least. I have been told that the MD and the MD,s pa plus the CEO don’t take phone calls, interesting. Construction Helpline has not yet responded. Hannah Holloway: 1/5 Stars 06/02/2018 Disgruntled More expensive and less helpful than going direct with skillcard. Absolutely appalling. Paid in full in 2017. Had to chase payment to skillcard in 2018. Construction Helpline did not forward payment until I emailed clearly stating that their delay was now costing me money. Had to call them again to chase for reference numbers and the call centre operative ‘Christine’ (definitely not her name) could not understand my request and eventually said I would have to speak to someone else. She could not transfer me and said they would call me back. We’ll see. Overall terrible customer service and more expensive than going direct with SkillCard. Skillcard staff have been polar opposite.
