Your Cookworks Reviews
Ivone Harding: 1/5 Stars 11/02/2020 Burned hand from kettle I boiled the water and lifted up kettle with handle. When I lifted up the kettle because of where the lid is to refill the kettle the steam burned my hand quite badly. The lid to refill the kettle is right below the handle its an absolute joke the way its made it has no safety precautions in place Cookworks has not yet responded. Karen Matthews: 1/5 Stars 04/08/2019 Kettle I have twice purchased one of cookworks kettles. The both of them within 6 months have leaked. This is used for normal household use. The second one caused my electric to trip. I can't even return the kettle as after a couple of months I threw the package away. I am so appalled at the quality and potential danger of this kettle. Cookworks has not yet responded. READ MORE: Shopping Guides & Tips | How to Avoid Scams & Online Shopping Problems |

Blackpool H: 4/5 Stars 26/08/2018 Mr Paul Hargreaves We received a black em7 cook works microwave for a wedding gift in March 2018 but last week while warming some milk the turntable plate shattered into a million pieces we have been back to Argos who refuse to do anything we don't want a new microwave we just want the bit that's broken as now the microwave is useless Cookworks has not yet responded. Jan Negus: 1/5 Stars 18/05/2018 Jug kettle Hi On the 1st May I purchased a red jug kettle and matching toaster from Argos. We have used the kettle daily but unfortunately it has this awful taste, we were hoping the newness would soon disappear, after numerous boiling but unfortunately it has not it is getting to the point that I am going to have to go and purchase another kettle. I have to say how disappointed I am as I have recently had a new kitchen and these items suit it very well. In the past I have not purchased any items from cookworks and unfortunately I am not sure I will in future. Can you please look into this for me. Regards Jan Cookworks has not yet responded. Lucie Maynard: 1/5 Stars 27/03/2018 Cookworks Toaster and Kettle I bought both just over a year ago so Argos will not take responsibility for the faulty products. The toaster trips the electrics now and has been difficult to press the leaver down so it stays, for at least 2 months. I have just had to replace the faulty toaster with a cheap £10 one, I only bought Cookworks products because a friend told me they were good quality. I think my Tesco toaster I just bought for £10 will last me much longer. Cookworks has not yet responded. CLICK HERE: Compare the cheapest insurance quotes | Save money on your insurance bills |
