Joy Walker: 1/5 Stars 08/11/2019 Told goods left the warehouse on 7 October but not with HERMES yet Ordered brother sewing machine on 6 October. Order acknowledged and on 7 October told it had left the warehouse. Checked the parcel tracking system again and the status has not changed. Customer service have offered no insight or support. Create and Craft has not yet responded. Patricia Brennan: 1/5 Stars 28/01/2019 Complaint about company payment plans 4 pament flexi pay. 3 payment all ok, then our card was tampered with according to the bank and re issued out to us. have spoken to create and craft and they have blocked my account so i cannot up date the details but they keep charging me for interests. they then send me a letter from themselves but inform me i have to pay through the morecraft group for debt collection although they have no detailsm themselves. create and creat advertise they are part of ideal world but why are we dealing with and paying really a debt company. create and craft are not who they say they areand will not resolve this issue for me. Hazel Kirby: 1/5 Stars 26/06/2019 Send out misleading information and when questioned lie about it Placed an order received an email same day saying item would be delivered in 3-5 days. Then got an email saying it had been despatched.Company whose product was said no way not till after July 10th as they hadn’t even got the stock in their warehouse. Sent an email to create and craft who then sent me another email saying it had been despatched and giving me a tracking number. Tried tracking number nothing registered. Phoned create and craft yet again and am now told it will not be sent out till after the 10th July. Why couldn’t they say this in the first place. Why lie? Most disappointed with the service from create and craft will probably not order from them again and definitely will not recommend Create and Craft has not yet responded. Elaine Green: 1/5 Stars 03/10/2019 Non delivery of an item I have ordered an item from Create and Craft on 17 Sep 19 (money taken immediately out of my bank account). I was advised it had left the warehouse on 18 Sep 19. Well today 3 Oct 19 the item has still not been received. I had ordered other items after this particular order and they have already arrived. My issue is the lack of communication (we will respond within 48 hours and they don't. I am not buying anything else from Create and Craft until the sort this particular issue out. Senga Mills: 1/5 Stars 24/04/2018 Telephone Advisor Phoned Create & Craft to order Universal Pen Holder and after going through 50 questions as on web site my post code was not recognised. Spoke to Asian? lady who then asked for my card details for order. When I asked how much she was charging, she hung up? How rude is that for a business. Won’t ever shop with them again.
