Neil Cowie: 1/5 Stars Why are you taking my money? Dear credit Hub. I have no idea who you are but your taking money from me £14.99 a month for over a year now for reasons unknown to me. Please desist and issue a refund.. Credit Hub has not yet responded. Debbie Wharton: 1/5 Stars 26/03/2018 Taking money without my permission Just found out today after speaking to my bank that this company has been taking money from my bank account since at least August. I looked into it after seeing a payment of £14.98 coming out today. I had never heard of the company before so why am I paying them this amount. They are taking from my card direct. I cancelled my last card and received another card and they have managed some how to take it from my new card too. I haven’t given them my new card either. Complete scam and i have raised it as fraud through my bank. I have also contacted the FSA And reported them as what they are doing is a scam. I will see them in court!!! Tracey Craigen: 1/5 Stars 13/03/2018 Credit hub This company has been taking £14.99 out of my bank account for over a year, I didn’t give them permission to take it or nor did I sign anything saying that they can take it, I have tried to contact them but getting nowhere, I want it stopped and all my money refunded.
