Tony Culpan: 1/5 Stars 27/02/2019 Cost of Returning Items Up to now I have had no reason to return Damart goods. On this occasion it was necessary to do so at a cost of £2.99 upwards. My complaint is that no where in the Damart catalogue is there any mention of a cost to return goods. In fact the catalogue is positively misleading with a highlighted heading 'EASY RETURNS- Drop off at your local post office' but no mention of a cost for doing this. If you search the damark website you do find in the small print at the bottom under delivery and returns detailed information about ways to return goods, all at a cost which is not particularly clear until you have ploughed through detail. Damart has not yet responded. Ann Wheatley: 1/5 Stars 11/05/2018 Returns I have been unable to return an item via a Parcel Shop method because there was no barcode on the returns label for the shop to register the parcel. I have tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new label with a barcode despite numerous internet efforts and telephone calls to the various Damart sites. I have shopped with Damart previously and this is the first time I have had difficulty returning unwanted items - presumably because there has been a barcode on the returns label. It is unreasonable to expect your customers to spend time trying to sort out your errors. I haver still not managed to get a label with a barcode on it so what should I do? Do I have to return the item via the post office and pay an extortionate amount in postage? I have already paid £2.99 to Hermes but was unable to complete the request as I was "timed out”. Eileen Langdon: 1/5 Stars 11/05/2018 Ignored by customer services I ordered goods in February and had to return some of them. When I wanted to order again I checked my account and the returns did not show. I have since sent many messages, every time I am told there is an error on my account and the web techs will fix it. I really want to know how much money was returned with a date when this happened and was the money repaid into my bank. I am now unable to contact Damart at all, keep getting a message. OOPS. The last contact was I believe as not delivered, all in French! Damart has not yet responded. Charleen Sdott: 1/5 Stars 14/04/2018 Have not received my order Mailed the order form an check for a blouse on 3/08/18, My check has cleared the bank but have not received my order. When I call the 800 number I get a grouchy old man that tells me they are not a credit co. This was after I called the first time and was told the item was out of stock but had just received it so it was in stock again. When I called on 4/9/18 which was a Monday, I was told I would receive it on Thursday. Still no order! Damart has not yet responded.
