Account blocked because of a misunderstanding
My depop account got blocked because one of my buyers was inquiring about my item that I was selling and I said to pay with PayPal. By this is meant pay by PayPal on the app as it's faster rather than a credit/debit card which takes about a week to release at my local bank. But because of this depop blocked my account saying I was asking for apyment praise of depop which I wasn't. Please check this out since I contacted many times about this but resulted in nothing.

Account blocked without reasons
My account has been blocked without a single reason! I just wanted to log into my account, it was not working, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it - same result. Then I realized they have blocked my account without even sending a message or a warning or something. Very unprofessional behaviour! Don’t recommend!

Hey, we’re sorry to hear your experience hasn't gone to plan. In order to keep our Community safe, all decisions made to suspend users are taken after deep investigation and consideration. Not replying to my email for over 2 weeks
Depop closed my account saying I have 2 accounts. This is untrue my account Anita145xx is the only account I have ever had with depop. I had over 600 reviews rated world tanked 6 . I have been emailing ever since and all they have said is they have linked me with another account. I simplie asked has this account got my bank details. If this account has used my card to buy items and when was account opened and then shut . This is not me and I need to find out this info has its my bank details someone has got. I have said to depop customer service I want them to look into this. They have removed me from depop for no reason. This is very poor customer service. I have message on twitter Facebook and other emails like help support all the emails that relate to depop and no one is replying. In the few months I have been actually using my depop account I have early depop a lot of money. You would think they would actually reply to my emails. U can't run a business the way depop customer service are.

Unwarranted ban and inapproprite comments
I have just been banned from depop and so has my partner. I reported a fake item on depop...horrendous piece and commented on the listing to say it wasnt genuine. I then recieved a torrent if abuse to my inbox from the seller with derogatory and homopbobic comments. I even recieved threats to my safety. I did swear back at him today but this has gone on for 24hours. I have contacted depop as when i seen i was suspended i didnt know why. They told me they had emailed me and stated a email address (not mine but my partners) so they have emailed personal data to another user not linked with my profile. My paypal is linked to bith depops but the email addresses are not, they are diffrent. They have since sent me a quote of what insaid, and while it contains some profanity, it doesnt breach policy. They have told me both me and my partner have been removed for homophobic comments, however no such comments were made by me, i did recieve homophobic and derogatory comments. This, in my eyes is slander. I may have lost my cool but i did not warrant me and someone unlinked to this incodent to be removed for life and any future profiles removed. I give full permission for you to review comments and the transcript of what had been said. Depop have not gave me a straight answer, have accused me of homophobic comments (wrongly and in writting), have contacted other users with my details and have removed not just my account but my partners aswel without justification

I shop on Depop and try to sell (not great for selling) my complaint, when you find item you wish to make offer on often happens that the Seller does not respond to your offer which is very disappointing and frustrating. I also shop on EBay which this can happen 1or 2 in a year at most. EBay apologise to you for Seller not responding to your offer. Also they have changed the website many times. Not to my liking when I joined the website was much better you could easily save items. I don't bother now to do that anymore. So buy less. I like shopping on Depop you do find bargains and nice Sellers.
