Aiesha Chaudhry: 1/5 Stars 15/01/2018 REFUSING TO CANCEL AN ORDER MADE JUST 2 days ago! Extremely unhappy with the service of DFS, Nottingham store. Placed an order on the evening of Thursday, 11/01/2018. Called sunday afternoon to cancel. Baring in mind I have bought sofas 5 times from DFS before. First time I have wanted to cancel, due to financal reasons. Refusing to cancel & extremely unhelpful. NOT happy - Avoid at all costs. DFS has not yet responded. Raymond Jenkin: 1/5 Stars 15/05/2016 Dfs don't keep promisses Bought 2 sofas 8 months ago cushion's went out of shape chap came and showed us how to make them look right ,good man ,her also asked if when we bought Sofa's was we offered foam in the big cushion's , because we should have . I phoned Plymouth and they got in touch with who ever,and when I got a phone call he basically said he believed his staff would have asked me , I said no they did not as me and my wife would have said yes to foam .He then said they must have so I said so I'm lying then,?? I have been insulted practically told I lie some people do but not me ,I tell all my children honesty is best, I will never go dfs again if this is the attitude ,it wasn't the origin ally the sofa I wanted but I've accepted this one only to find no one offered me foam anyone can make a mistake,this time its dfs no ones perfect DFS failed to resolve this complaint. Dean Crouch: 1/5 Stars 23/09/2017 Fraudulently taking money. Then withholding funds I am disgusted beyond belief with dfs. Not only do I find out you added an insurance to myour policy I didn't ask for! You continuedon't to take money for two years! I found thus out during a routine ppi check. I contacted you and you agreed to pay me my own money back! Well thanks that's awfully good of you! Now you have promised to send me my money back. 8 weeks I have been waiting! Not only did you take my money fraudulently but now you are withholding my money! I am furious! If I went into one of your stores and say took a table without paying? I know there is nobody there able to physically stop me but you would call the police and prosecute me! Rightfully so,there is nothing worse than a thief is there? What excuse do you have? I have used dfs for every sofa I have bought from 3 adresses. As has my family. I believe our relationship has ended! Bloozy criminals! DFS has not yet responded. Pual Smith: 1/5 Stars 05/12/2016 Waiting fro recliner sofa we were told that we would get the sofas in 7weeks it has now been nine weeks am not satisfied with the service I was told they would be delivered on 11/122/16 now just been will not be till 20/12/16 this not good enough. I was informed from carcroft we would get well before Christmas the shop we dealt with firs was Rotherham and we feel that they are holding back as I complained to head office about our treatment. Rachel Loveday: 1/5 Stars 05/10/2016 Sofa not what expected We ordered the Ceaser leather 3 seater sofa in Ranch colour. I visited 2 different branches of the store therefore have seen it in 2 settings - both sofas looked the same in terms of colour. They were exactly like the images on DFS' website. The sofa that was delivered to me last Friday looks nothing like the Ines in store or on the website. The colour and texture are quite different. I have phoned 4 times, emailed twice (with images) and tweeted twice but still no one from Sidcup DFS will speak to me about this issue. DFS has not yet responded.
