Trevor Wood: 1/5 Stars 27/12/2019 Absolutely useless! Ordered some paint but heard nothing after about 2 weeks. Rang them and was told they would get back to me, which they didn't. Phoned again and told they couldn't supply the paint I wanted, said they would refund me, which they didn't. Rang again after a week, said they'd refund that day. Guess what? No refund. Thank goodness for PayPal as they refunded my money, but had no response from DH Autopaint either. Customer service is totally appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM DH AUTOPAINT!!! PHILIP BUSOW: 1/5 Stars 08/08/2019 DH autopaint First time I have used this company and it will be the last I ordered one can of aerosol paint confirmed on 23/07/2019 order being processed that to date is as far as it has got Despite numerous phone calls and promises of different delivery dates which came and went. I was even given a tracking number for D.H.L which was invalid so here we are 08/08/2019 still not received my purchase. I would strongly recommend you think hard before using this company. Tony Adlard: 1/5 Stars 07/06/2018 Poor service Ordered paint kit from DH Autopaint in Autumn 2017 which did arrive in reasonable time. However I awaited warm weather in Spring before using the kit. Colour match was poor with a strong blue tint in it. Have tried to get technical advice by two emails and phone calls but no reply and mail box full. Very poor customer care from this company. DH Autopaint has not yet responded. charles hicks 05/09/2018 I ordered an aerosol spray paint with the code number required. after two weeks I received a very small pot of touch up paint instead. despite several phone calls they have ignored my demand to supply what I ordered on their order website.
