Christopher Wilson: 1/5 Stars 07/05/2019 Support is the worst After spending 5 days of email back and forth with the support for this product winX DVD ripper, and sending the log info of the errors produced by the program, support has asked (and I have delivered) screen shots of the process only to be told to start it in 'safe' mode which locks my system. When I tell support this they ask for screen shot and tell me to start in 'Safe' mode, as if I didn't listen the first time. Lifetime support and free upgrade do not work if you don't listen to the customer. Such a disappointment. Digiarty has not yet responded. Mick Vidot: 1/5 Stars 24/02/2017 I have software registration code Registration code given to me via email for WinX HD Video converter Deluxe for the iMac does not work. I previously thought that I had bought a windows software without thinking. I sent them about three emails asking for a new registration code for the apple operating system. The downloaded file is a .dmg. New emails have been sent over to the company to try sort out the problem. N.B No documentation of proof of purchase was sent to them in about three emails. These were oversights. I did attach the documentation in the rest of the emails. I downloaded the software from the Digiarty site that was provided when I bought the software. When the code is put in, a message comes up as "invalid code". I have sent a few emails to them, and so far it has been fruitless. I bought the software on 18th Feb 2017. S. Bee: 1/5 Stars 20/09/2018 Absolutely no customer service or tech support - Take your money and run! I must have been in a drunken stupor when I purchased this product. The free DL tester works. The authorized serial number purchased version does not? Their response to my troubles? "please do not worry about it, it just show your computer can not support hardware acceleration." I spent hours testing and trying to work it out finding no solution and contacted them again and this time was told, "I am wondering if you are interested in the free lifetime upgrade and support family-sharing license for just 19 USD?" My response being, "So I am supposed to pay more money to arrive at a solution that may or may not work? That is not customer service but simply an exercise in greed. A good way to lose customers and generate bad word of mouth for the product. Which I notice from light surfing on the Internet has already been building. Nothing like throwing money down a sewer for absolutely nothing beyond time wasted continual aggravation! I will be sure to let others know so they don't make the same mistake." Don't waste your money like I did it can easily become a waste of money. Digiarty has not yet responded. Paul Clarke: 1/5 Stars 29/03/2018 Support sucks This company has a good product when it works. If you have a problem their support team sucks and will not answer the questions raised properly , followup emails go into the too hard basket and you don't even get a reply. Their latest software does not install correctly even though you have paid for lifetime licences. Good luck with your dealings with this company Digiarty has not yet responded. Don Pryor: 1/5 Stars 26/07/2018 Support Bought MacRipper Pro, used it a few times then it says I need to upgrade. I do and get a trail version, had owned Ripper for only a week. Was charged to get an upgrade, but told I would get a refund...never came, contacted my credit card company and received the upgrade fee. After 2 mo still do not have a valid Activation code, have been unable to use the software. Support which they claim is answered in <24 hrs simply is not, think weeks. The goal seems to be to always sell in oder to make things work. I retired from the Software business after 25 years and this company has the worse Customer Support I have ever encountered.
