Your Emergency Response Group Reviews
Scott Hamer: 1/5 Stars 15/02/2018 Cowboy company I called emergency response group about my downstairs toilet being blocked and that I’d tried plunging it myself to no avail. I found it strange that they took my card details over the phone but I needed it unblocking with my young son at home, it needed doing so I agreed a price and they agreed to fix my blockage. A plumber came out, attempted to plunge it which didn’t work, told me it was the drain and left after 20 minutes so I had to call someone else to fix my problem, and then they have the cheek to charge £198, apparently for the plumbers time, so I was left with a blocked toilet and a hole in my pocket. Complete rip off and I’m currently going through citizens advice and trading standards as they had no right to charge that amount for not fixing what they had agreed to do. I advise you avoid this company at all costs. Emergency Response Group has not yet responded. Martin Willmott: 1/5 Stars 25/01/2018 Bunch of crooks First they pretend to be a local plumber, then they take card details "to confirm the booking" then they send a bodge artist without basic equipment or tools, no hose to drain the system, hung the radiator I supplied on a slope, didn't bleed the system, didn't have a rad key, I had to go buy one and do it myself, and now it leaks, I should have done it myself, would have been done properly then, job should have taken less than an hour and cost £80 - £120, I supplied the parts, then without invoice they helped themselves to £400 from my bank account! not a one off, look them up on trustpilot every review is really bad.
