Annabel Wilkinson: 1/5 Stars 01/07/2016 Refund Annabel bought some sportswear from this company unaware she had signed into a contract,but only being 15years old at the time she was unaware that there was a regular amount going from our bank account.After complaining we were awarded a refund of £352 on 22/216 and told we would refunded between 8/10 working days we still have had no refund(we have a copy of the email sent to us ).They also told us that the refund was in our PayPal account which was a lie ,ihave also sent them numerouse emails without success Fabletics has not yet responded. Fiona Heirs: 1/5 Stars 30/09/2019 Refused to refund my OWN money As with everyone when buying from fabletics to get a cheaper price from their extortionate non members prices your talked into joining the VIP members scheme. What they never make clear are the terms and conditions to this scheme! After just receiving an email about them withdrawing £44 from my account as my monthly membership credit and I didn’t make a purchase! How does that make sense that is essentially forcing people to give this company business or else they will still take money from you! A con. I phoned customer service to have my account cancelled, the girl was happy to cancel my account after the usual jargon about discounts to try keep me, but at no point mentioned that I would be losing my £44 if I continued the cancellation until I asked for a refund of the money. This is when I was informed that my OWN money will not be refunded! An absolute joke. I would very grudgingly buy something as to not lose my money but also would like it back to spend on something I actually want. So angry. Don’t fall for this company’s tricks!! Bro Dee: 1/5 Stars 19/02/2020 Total scam! Ordered two items and went to use my monthly credit. Both items were on sale. They charged me full price and afterwards claimed it was a promo but it ended up costing me more than just receiving bf the listed sale price. Sent multiple emails with screenshots of price. I called. I did the online chat and finally contacted BBB. Nothing was done. These people are scammers and have horrible customer service. They do not care and will take your money. Fabletics has not yet responded. Carly Alexandra: 1/5 Stars 06/10/2018 Con! It's very crafty how you Get money from people with this membership system. I made your call centre aware I didn't want the account but had to reopen to spend £44 I didn't want to, forgot to cancel unknowingly and now another £88 down! If you were an honest company you would give warnings wether by email or text that the month is nearing an end..but no! CON! Fabletics has not yet responded. Jo Basista: 1/5 Stars 09/06/2018 Disappointed customer I made a small discounted purchase in Feb, the company automatically sighned me up for VIP member.I was not aware of this and they have been taking my money for 3 months. 132£ in total ! I haven’t used a credit and I don’t want to use it. I have been tricked into to signing up! I have been doing shopping on line for years and it’s never happened to me it’s a scam.
