Chevelle Armstrong: 1/5 Stars 23/11/2017 Half empty box of washing powder Hi I just came back from Asda having brought a fairy non bio washing powder , upon opening the box , the box was half empty .. as a regular buyer of fairy products I’ve never experience such a thing , in very disappointing and I satisfied as a fairy customer with is, having made my hard earn money to receive a half empty box this is unsatisfactory . Lauren Aldred: 1/5 Stars 01/03/2019 Fairy wash tablets Just wanting to make a complaint. I have used your products for so long which i love. I. washed my clothes like normal when i got them out to dry my husbands expensive top is ruined with all blue marks all over it. Also yesterday i washed my babies clothes and the same happened again. I am really really not happy about this. I have already emailed about this situation but heard nothing back. I hope you will look into this for me as like i said am really not happy about this. Charlotte Packer: 1/5 Stars 31/05/2018 Fairy liquid tablets ruined my new dress I'm a single mother of 4 I treated myself to a new dress very rare occasion washed it with fairy liquid tablets on a 30 wash as instructed on the label of the dress and the liquid tablet has stuck to the dress and totally ruined it I paid £29.99 for that dress and I'm disappointed and upset it's damaged by the tablets I always use fairy as my new born twins have delicate skin so it's left me feeling very annoyed Fairy has not yet responded. Kayley Wilson: 1/5 Stars 16/02/2018 Liquid tabs Used fairy liquid tabs to wash my clothes and a part of the liquid tab has melted into my jumper. The jumper is know ruined and I am not able to wear it. The wash setting was 30 degrees and on for one hour. Regards Fairy has not yet responded.
