Miika Jauhiainen: 1/5 Stars 20/06/2017 Probably fake They are holding the e-tickets for months even people who have ordered tickets from some other service, like legal ticket service, have gotten the ticket immediately. Their customer service is unable to give any decent, truthfully explanation. They also take extra charge for booking the tickets, other ticket service don't take these. Many people have had similar issues. Don't use the service and risk your event. There is always a better ticket provider available. Kayleigh Hunt: 1/5 Stars 24/05/2019 Festiticket Missold I purchased a pre-pitched tent with package for myself and my friend where it states you would only need to purchase a festival ticket on top. Which we have done. Since paying £120 for the camping we have since been given different and confusing information. One person told me that my friend would need to purchase campsite access on top of our tent package and another told us that both of us would need campsite access. Emails are rarely responded to and its difficult getting a straight answer. Refunds are impossible to get so we are now stuck having to fork out another £80 for access to the campsite where it did not state anywhere on there website that this would need to be done. I am very disappointed that we can neither cancel what we have in order to get the correct ticket types or get what we orginally ordered. Festicket has not yet responded. Anabela Santinho: 1/5 Stars 09/03/2019 I have no tickets and no answers Hello. I have bougth 2 tickets + hotel on 10 january 2019 to Time Warp 2019 in Manheim. Until now i did NOT RECEIVED my tickets and no answers. The site does not aloud me to submit my requests, the support line is not avaiable and the hotel told me they have no reservation in my name. Inclusive, they contacted festicket by email about this situation and there is no answer too. But they took my money from the bank immediately so, I think I deserve an explanation, please! Festicket has not yet responded. Lynsey Parker: 1/5 Stars 25/06/2018 Name Change Order number 532661 for cannot attend and having been trying for weeks to contact them to change names to my nephew now they are saying it is too late but it took them so long to respond Festicket has not yet responded. Sarah Moore: 1/5 Stars 23/11/2017 Avoid at all costs If there's any other option... Take it! I ordered 3 tickets for creamfields UK, about 6 months in advance of the festival. The tickets didn't arrive until 2days before the festival, luckily just hours before we had to leave to travel to the UK for the festival. You can imagine how worried we were that we would miss the festival. The customer care were unable to offer us any other options if we had missed the delivery. Then they didn't send us our return bus tickets that we had paid for. Festicket told me they were goin to refund the money for bus tickets but 3months and several emails later, I've received nothing.
