Freddy Nye: 1/5 Stars 20/08/2019 Still waiting for warranties/guarantees First4solar you get 5*for lying. Made out that i kept £1000 back but was instructed due to problems that First4solar had over software problems and I've got the email to clarify. First4solar had full payment on 14 May 2019 once the system was up and running. Yet after sending a letter outlining problems this company had failed to respond. I'm having to go through HIES to address the problems. First4Solar has not yet responded. Beverly Kidd: 1/5 Stars 28/10/2019 Non performance or delivery I recieved a quote for a solar battery on 26.9.2019 I accepted offer paid deposit and was told it would be fitted in a matter of weeks. It is now 29.10.2019 and they wont even respond to e mails. I had 4 appontments all cancelled by them reasons including weather, out of stock did not get put in diary!other job overran. Unbelievable. I was assured by a director that all would be resolved. Rubbish. If I could give -one star I would. Do not use this company. First4Solar has not yet responded. TERENCE SIDDALL: 1/5 Stars 13/10/2015 solar panels supplied and installed are not workingth the panels were installed several months ago and have never worked properly. they are not working at all now and a red light is permanently on. I have tried to contact them 4 times but each time ii am asked to leave a message but all calls are routed through answering service that work for different companies. I have left 4 messages asking First4Solar to contact me URGENTLY but have had no response. First4Solar failed to resolve this complaint.
