Al Nemir: 1/5 Stars 26/02/2019 False advertisement We have filed five booking requests - no responses at all. While were able to phone them just to learn that their advertised prices are not exist: hotels have ONLY upgraded rooms, air carriers have updated rates, etc. Don't even waste your time. Fleetway Travel has not yet responded. Roberto Cavelli: 1/5 Stars 05/10/2019 Transfer costs I recently travelled to Ischia with my partner for a holiday. There were several other people travelling to the same hotel who had all booked though Fleetway travel. All travelled on the same transfers and ferries. All the persons who travelled had been charged different amounts for their transfers BT Fleetway. I was charged €55 euros each. Some had been charged €27 euros each and some €39 euros, yet we all travelled together. It seems Fleetway were charging somewhat they thought they could get away with. The price that Fleetway paid for the ferry crossing per person each way was €6.30 euros. The transfers from the ferry port to the hotel was a 2 minute ride (5 minute walk). I believe we were vastly overcharged. Why was their no consistency? I booked via travel zoo and the transfers stated €27 euros each. Fleetway Travel has not yet responded. Elina Uriaev: 1/5 Stars 21/10/2019 Lost reservation for a checked in bag LOST RESERVATION FOR A CHECKED IN BAG I have booked a vacation with Fleetway, and paid $159 to check in a bag, and it never showed up on the reservation with the TAP air. It did showed up with the return flight. So, someone made a mistake. I have called Portugal air 3 times before my vacation to sort it out, and I have called Fleetway 2 times. The second time, the travel agent who I left a voicemail for, didn't bother to return my call. I have contacted Fleetway after my trip and explained that I didn't want to have problems at the airport, and ended up purchasing another bag on my own, hoping that I will get reimbursed. But they said that they couldn't help me. I am not sure how it is possible to pay for checked in bag , and it doesn't show up on the reservation with the airline. It is very disappointing that they couldn't reimburse me, to keep me happy. Rest assure you have lost a customer. Fleetway Travel has not yet responded. Jim Sanderson: 1/5 Stars 06/04/2018 What a Nightmare! Don't use this company!!! We had booked for a trip to Iceland a month and a half in advance. Everything was set to go. My friends were called a day before we were to go on the trip, and Fleetway said that the airline (Wow Airlines) overbooked the flight, and they were being bumped. (A DAY AND A HALF BEFORE WE WERE TO LEAVE!!!!) Everything had been lined up. I had a dog/house sitter scheduled, we had all paid a LOT of money for winter clothing, etc. There was "nothing they could do" and they were "terribly sorry" in that sort of uncaring, unsympathetic British way. "So terribly sorry for your inconvenience, but we'll refund your money" AND give you a whole extra $75 for each one of you! WOW - $75!!! Now I am LOADED! This company plainly and simply, sucks!!!! Eva Smart: 1/5 Stars 30/08/2017 Do not use fleetway DO NOT BOOK WITH FLEETWAY. Me and my partner spent £1600 on a holiday to Spain. Only for fleetway to contact us 3 weeks before we were set to go and tell us that our hotel has been over booked so we can't stay there. Despite the fact we had already paid for everything. Katie one of the call advisors told us we could stay in another hotel for the same price. The hotel she put forward was disgusting and the price of staying there was entirely different. I asked for a refund of the full amount which was eventually agreed. I was told the full amount would be in my account within 3-5 working days. However it has now been several days and there has been nothing put into my account. The entire ordeal has been so stressful and not made any easier by the uncompassionate phone handlers, who are clearly happy to spend their 9-5 ripping people off.
