Ten days after the scheduled delivery date. I still have nothing to show for their services . Use another delivery service if I were you. FloraQueen has not yet responded. Karina Walker: 1/5 Stars 20/01/2019 SCAMS N FRAUD My birthday was 18 January. At the same day, my husband was tried to make me suprised with a bucket of flowers. He ordered an ugly flower for €85. He showed me the picture of the flower on the website. The flowers it supposed to be with necklace. So, He was waiting the whole day at 18. But then the package arrived at 19 evening came with DHL. When we open the package. Then I looked my husband's face. how mad n how he is very disappointed. He hughs me tight n said very sorry that he was trying do the best for my birthday. I wish i could upload the picture to show you hows the flower looks like. The flowers are sick n ugly. And there was no necklace. Lol. Thank you to for ruined my birthday and make people in my house are sad. FloraQueen has not yet responded. Love you Marica XOXOXO --- My wife just called me just now 25-10-2018 at 01:45AM Australia time in Bosnia will be 24-10-2018 04:45PM, She advised me that she refused the flowers as it wasn't as descripted and there was no gift card or vase and the flower wasn't as the description we requested. when my wife told the lady florist who was delivering the flowers that the order I ordered is not what I requested and the flowers nearly dead (not the premier quality I ordered 12 roses) and it was in a very small box from carton (Not the Vase I paid for it) and there was no card or the message I write for her. The Lady answered my wife in a very very rude way that she received a message from flora queen to deliver this and they pay her 46,00 € only. My wife refused to receive this scam and the lady continuo to be rude to my wife and told my wife that she give it to my wife for free. My wife refused to receive this garbage. I contact Flora Queen (No Answer at all) Don't order from them you waisting your money and the moment you want to share it with other. Extremely disappointed. FloraQueen has not yet responded. Miriam Harris: 1/5 Stars 23/10/2017 Non delivery or order I ordered flowers on 5 October for delivery on 13 October for a birthday surprise. On 6 October I was told that the order could not be delivered as I had not provided a mobile number. I pointed out that the order was to be delivered a week later, and cancelled the order. They replied that it was a mistake and that the right date was noted. On the day no attempt or delivery was made, the following day the recipient got a rude and unfriendly call. She told me she did not want the delivery so I cancelled it and a week later am still waiting for a refund. FloraQueen has not yet responded.
