Very disappointmenting service. Fonechoice has not yet responded. Clovita Africa: 1/5 Stars 12/04/2018 Cellphone repair taking too long and no one can answer.. My phone was sent in for repairs on the 22 March 2018 and still have not got it back after they promised a turnarround time of 14 working days it will be back with me yet no phone. I have been calling and calling no one can give me answers and was promised a manager will call me back yet nothing... (Fonechoice at least keep me in the loop and manage the expectations that was set) but now no one get back and I send lots of airtime calling your call centre everything holding on for 15 - 20mins on each call.
