Jordana V: 1/5 Stars 13/02/2020 Lost Boots that are now discontinued By far the worst customer service I've ever had from a shoe shop. They have lost my favourite pair of boots which now are no longer being made. To resolve and find out about their incompetence took me hours of phone calls to costumer service each time me having to explain the situations every single time. Numerous visits to the shop with 0 effort to contact me to tell me they had lost the boots! AFTER 3 MONTHS of all of this their answer to losing the boots that are no longer being made was to give me a refund!!!! SERIOUSLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH! To top it off the second order (converses) I made was sent back to depot without anyone contacting me, second time sent to the store I HAD TO GO IN AND CHASE for the shoes as they didn't have any paper work attached and their for wouldn't have contacted me. SO TWICE THEY HAVE FAILED with me with the most simplest task! I'm so disappointed and disheartened with it all I will advice ALL my clients, friends and family to AVOID! A.J T: 1/5 Stars 22/07/2019 Not receiving items I bought To whom it may concern, I would like to make a complaint for very extremely bad service for this company as I had not received my goods I ordered the first time because the delivery driver had mistakenly taken it to the wrong address. After that I had been asked where I lived, I made it more than clear with all the information the driver needed to know re my items and where to send. This company had said it would definitely be re sent out today. Today comes I still don't receive my items because he couldn't locate where my boyfriend's address was. This is very bad service and I am very dissatisfied with still not receiving my goods. So I asked for a refund but all I wanted were the items I bought and ordered I am very unhappy with the service provided all in all. Thankyou for reading. FOOTASYLUM has not yet responded. Andrew Patterson: 1/5 Stars 17/01/2019 Awful customer service I bought my daughters main xmas present and was guaranteed it would arrive in time. By xmas eve no sign and when i continually rang up that day just got answerphone. Money was taken and order never sent xmas totally ruined. I was promised a refund in an email on 28th Dec and the money would be back in my account within 7 workings days, never happened! I had to contact them again by phone as my numerous emails were never answered. I have been promised again that refund will be in my account in 5 working days. It is now 17th Jan a month since order was placed. They were very quick at taking my money but an absolute joke a returning. AVOID FOOTASYLUM has not yet responded. Leigh Parkin: 1/5 Stars 09/09/2018 Bad customer service Myself and boyfriend came in to buy some trainers for myself tag said price was 54.99 got to till and they tried to charge me 59.99 i showed them the tag on the trainers and took them to where i got them from the stand i come back to them ripping the price tag off and saying there no prove if the price and said i was to pay 59.99 other customers started to point out there upsetness of the situation and they became rude and told my boyfriend he had to sort him girlfriend out and get me to keep my mouth shut as i claimed i am going to report what has happened i will not be threatened by a member of staff i am making a full complaint and wont be leaving this matter here FOOTASYLUM has not yet responded.
