Guy Bishop: 1/5 Stars 20/02/2020 Heartbreaking service I ordered items from their website for a family gathering. The website stated that the items could be delivered two days before my event. My wife was ecstatic. On the day of delivery, I get a text saying that due to a shipping error on their part that my delivery would be delayed. I received an additional text saying that the rest of the shipment had arrived, but the deliveries were out for the day. I called and was told the next available delivery was four days later. Despite the mistake being on their part, they would not shuffle the delivery schedule to accommodate. They were unapologetic and unwilling to assist and would only say, "we gave no guarantees." Their lack of concern for what plans and needs they destroyed in the process was heartbreaking. Furniture 123 has not yet responded. Reg Massey: 1/5 Stars 24/05/2019 Furniture 123 I ordered a table from furniture 123 the payment was taken from my account on 18th April they said it would be delivered on 3rd may failed i contacted furniture 123 they said it was out of stock and said it would be delivered on 16th may failed again they then said it will be delivered on 23rd may failed again i cancelled the order keep well clear of rip off furniture 123 Furniture 123 has not yet responded. Grace Hand: 1/5 Stars 09/09/2018 Appalling customer service I paid £9.95 for Saturday delivery. I then recieved an email saying my order wouldn’t be delivery until Monday. I contacted the company and they were extremely unfriendly. They said I could cancel my order and get a refund which I agreed to. I then received an email saying I would still be receiving my item. I did not agree to this. I contacted them again and they said that the item may still come out and I would have to reject the delivery. Having explained several times I did no want the items and no one would be in the house they still have done nothing to try and cancel my delivery. Frustrating and disgusting customer service, recieveing several contradicting emails by different unfriendly staff. Would strongnkt advise anyone not to buy from this company and they do no care about their customers Furniture 123 has not yet responded. Mandy Waller: 1/5 Stars 03/05/2018 Breaking Consumers Act Bought 2 cabin beds delivered on the 9/04/2018 didn't get to check them until 30th april as we was decorating 2 bedrooms. When we opened one of the boxes we had 8 items that was damaged so called them and was told they won't replace and but can give us replacements at a cost to us always quoting the website T&C state you must check within 5 days. I have spoke to them telling them the consumers act is 30 days from being delivered and what there doing is illegal. I have provided pictures and gave them enough time but im not getting anywhere. Consumers Act 30 days to refund or replace at no cost to me they are breaking the law Furniture 123 has not yet responded. Sophie Keeley: 1/5 Stars 02/12/2016 No communication I ordered a very expensive for other set on 20th November. I had a delivery date of today (02/12/16) on the confirmation email and the company happily took my money. I have had no emails or communication since, just an email to inform me that the delivery driver will text or call 30 mins before arriving. I called Furniture 123 to ask if they could see where the driver was as I am pregnant and very poorly so I have been needing to leave the house today, but unable to until the big order arrived. I have arranged help from friends to do any lifting for when the big pieces of furniture arrives. The lady on the phone took my order number , and then told me one of the pieces of furniture in the set isn't even in stock! Then told me that the order hasn't even been released yet. I informed her that I wanted to be compensated for something as I have had no emails, no calls and nothing to tell me any of the information she was telling me. I have sat inside waiting all day, taken a day off work and not gone to the doctors and he order was never going to come today!! I am very shocked at the poor communication from the company . They have had plenty of time to inform me that it's not in stock, so therefore won't be delivering any of the furniture set?! I have recommended this company to a few of my friends but definately will be doing the opposite after today!!! The company were happy to take a lot of money from me, but not inform me that my order wasn't even in stock or being delivered? Not acceptable!! Furniture 123 has not yet responded.
