CHERYL BAXTER: 1/5 Stars 12/10/2018 I received a letter from my bank this morning regarding a query I had on cheque number 100448 for £18.96, which they say has been credited to your beneficiary account on 21st September,2018. This cheque was not addressed to you. It was addressed to Healthy Living and alluded to an order I placed, which I subsequently cancelled and requested return of my £18.96, which I still have not received, neither have any goods arrived here, which I had requested not to be sent, but that I do want return of my money. Healthy Living order form was bunged in with a lot of other junk papers, trying to get money from people. I was shocked to receive this letter from my bank as this has been going on for some time. What do you mean by putting my cheque into your beneficiary account, whatever that may be without telling me what you were proposing doing, before you have asserted it might not belong to you. I wish quick solution to this fiasco and request you return my cheque £18.96 to me. I will never again order anything from these catalogues put through my door. Thankyou. . Tina Brown: 1/5 Stars 18/09/2018 Items not delivered I have sent 3 emails to you regarding my order which still hasn't been received, all emails been ignored by your company which is disgusting. You took my money but never delivered. I've just read your reviews but not one has had a reply from you to rectify there queries too regarding why there goods haven't been delivered. All I want is my goods delivered and my emails answered. I definitely wouldn't recommend your company to anyone. Healthy Living Direct has not yet responded. Margaret Doak: 1/5 Stars 22/06/2018 Data Protection Being Ignored I have repeatedly asked Healthy Living NOT to send me any more marketing literature and asked not to be contacted by post on a form for that purpose.Instead I get their literature almost every day .I may have ordered something once but dot want to be bombarded . I thought to try on line to see if that made a difference but I cannot see anything about unsubscribe there .i am utterly tired of filling my waste bin with there unwanted literature Healthy Living Direct has not yet responded. Linda George: 1/5 Stars 12/02/2018 Goods ordered in October. Arrived end of December. Very poor quality .Returned . No refund so far In October 2017 I ordered goods to the value of just under twenty pounds. Goods arrived late December. Very poor quality so I returned them the day after receiving them. I have written to the firm and emailed but so far have had no refund. Worst company lhave ever dealt with and still they have the nerve to send me their catalogue of rubbish Healthy Living Direct has not yet responded.
