Sylvia Booth: 1/5 Stars 05/04/2017 Never ending calls once or twice a month an envelope full of hidden hearing special offers drops through the box. have sent 4 back marked not interested but still they come.Another phone call today, maybe every 2 months. they will not listen, they just talk over me and hang up. How do you deal with a persistent nuisance like this. Hidden Hearing has not yet responded. Mrs Bhagwati Anadkat: 1/5 Stars 12/07/2016 rang to make appointment as tube broken and makes hissing noise all the time rang yesterday regarding continuis hissing noise as the tube needs replacing.was told to leave the hearing aid but this is the only one i have.the person was rude on the phone says you have to buy a spare one.I have paid nearly £2000 for this degital hearing aid.I rang your hatch end hearing centre but no one picks up the phone.i AM REALLY disapponted with yhe service. please help.
