Ian Walker: 1/5 Stars 24/06/2016 not had any response from company about an order sent back the was a payment issue were my card was declined i was told to re.enter my details and reorder this happen three times and i ended up ordering the same item three times my wife took delivery of one but refused the other 2 i have email the company twice now this happend over a week ago and i have had no reply from them at all Home Essentials has not yet responded.
