Julie Clapham: 1/5 Stars 25/06/2019 Changing location of holiday I booked a lodge break in a rural location you have to drive I was involved in a car accident which was not my fault the driver wrote my car off my foot is in plaster I contacted hoeseasons to try and negotiate a change of location to a site I can access by train it was in a week's time but I didn't ask for this to happen they said no without no explanation or care or consideration for what I had experienced they offered nothing not even to change the dates I'm disgusted they were so rude to me so the result is I've lost £355 Hoseasons Holidays has not yet responded Patrick Glen: 1/5 Stars 15/04/2019 Wrong caravan Booked caravan at Loch Awe online and when arrived we got put in different caravan of a much lower standard, when we complained on site the said our caravan we paid for had been replaced few months before and hoseasons hadn’t updated there website, when hoseasons eventually got bk to us they said Loch Awe said the pics were like for like so I contacted Loch Awe and they denied this and agree the caravan we got is no up to standard we paid for, eventually spoke same person at hoseasons and they would give name of person they allegedly spoke to then said because our holidays over there’s nothing they can do Hoseasons Holidays has not yet responded. Von Hendy: 1/5 Stars 05/09/2019 Be very careful when booking Be very careful when booking with hoseasons the Heron lake retreat I boot with Hoseasons in June feeling really assure that on the page there was covered by ABTA. but this means nothing as the large was filthy I sent documentation and photos to prove this and spoke to them on the day of the booking in a 5 day stay I have to move 3 x 1 because the lodge was filthy to because the door fell off the cooker and the gas didn't work they do not want to know they have took let me down badly so be very careful as the photos they are showing an advertising do not match the lodgers you are booting and as I have said above they are covered by ABTA but it means nothing. IF YOU END UP UNABLE TO GO AND STRUGGLING TO PAY FOR YOUR HOLIDAY THEY WILL NOT HESITATE TO TAKE YOU TO COURT. THEY ARE A RUTHLESS AND UNCARING COMPANY. Robert Young: 1/5 Stars 17/06/2016 No refund or date change! I had booked a holiday with Hoseasons for me and my partner. It was just what we needed. Unfortunately a couple of weeks before we were due to my partner had an accident and were weren't able to go. Hoseasons told us they couldn't give us a refund, and that they couldn't transfer dates because we were due to go on holiday in less than 8 weeks. Bearing in mind I had book the holiday with less than 8 weeks before we were due to go. My partner is still unable to walk at the minute. Hoseasons Holidays has not yet responded.
