Kurt Sonntag: 1/5 Stars 29/12/2019 Took my money and didn’t deliver box A month ago I bought the box online. After two weeks of no contact with me I threatened to reverse the transaction. They sent me a usps tracking number and said it is on the way. Two more weeks and it's not here. The website has been shut down so I can't contact them. I will try to reverse the charge. More later. Infinity TV Box has not yet responded. Nick Burcher: 1/5 Stars 20/12/2016 Unable to get refund I purchased an infinity TV box for £149 as it sounded better and more reliable than cheaper alternatives, and also the advert stated I could return it within 14 days from when I accepted the delivery of it. Having had it delivered I asked a few question via facebook messaging which were fairy swiftly responded to. However after a few days I decided this box was no better than cheaper alternatives so I asked for the address I needed to send it back to. I sent further messages asking for the same when this one was seen but ignored and none have been replied to. I have now been blocked by the facebook site unable to leave any feedback and any message I try to send to their inbox is blocked as they are not accepting messages from me. I am extremely angry and upset and want my money as promised as I'm still within the 14 day return period Infinity TV Box has not yet responded. John Stromsky: 1/5 Stars 13/11/2017 No response from Infinity TV Box TV regarding my problem with them I bought an Infinity TV Box from Infinity TV Box UK on the 4th of November 2017. I received on the 7th of November 2017. I set it up to discover it does not work. I have sent emails to them explaining to them what the problem is with the box trying to obtain their address from them to return the box to get full refund from them. Since the 7th of November until now 13th of November. No reply from them regarding this issue. Infinity TV Box has not yet responded. Darren Harris: 1/5 Stars 15/10/2016 Want to return box, but being ignored I want to return the infinity TV box, but I have been blocked on their Facebook page and are ignoring my messages and have deleted any posts I have put on their page. They claim a 100% money back guarantee. No address or anything to be found. Infinity TV Box has not yet responded. Norm Saunders: 1/5 Stars 04/06/2018 Not as advertised The ITV box picks up feeds for shows and movies, but does not play the shows and movies. The sales person says you get live TV, but I have not been able to get live channels. Infinity TV Box has not yet responded.
