Charmaine Hughes: 1/5 Stars 11/12/2019 NEVER RECEIVED MY GOODS I am from South Africa and I ordered something online from IWOOT- this was the beginning of Nov19. I was supposed to received it by the end of Nov19. I have never received this- on emailing them I keep on getting the same response as though it is automated. I have requested a refund and have had no response- I believe I have been scammed. IWOOT has not yet responded. I have been contacting with thier customer service, but they only says we have been investigating. They says I can't get refunds because they are investigating. Sara Bagnall: 1/5 Stars 11/12/2017 Buy at your own peril! Do not under any circumatances use this company! Thwy will take your money then ignore you and not dispatch your goods! Awful customer service and terrible respect for their customers who keep them in a job and keep them trading!! DO NOT USE IWOOT OR ANY HUT GROUP COMPANY!!! The only reason they got 1 star is because i couldnt leave it blank!! IWOOT has not yet responded. Grace White: 1/5 Stars 08/03/2017 Never using them again! Completely inadequate to get a refund for postage to send an item back. Nothing is simple its so complicated. Been waiting nearly 2 months and being passed from pillar to post.
