Carla Jane: 1/5 Stars 25/04/2019 Absolute joke Absolutely shocking customer service and communication, I would not recommend this company! After ordering a fridge freezer and been asked to pick my delivery slot I waited in for my delivery. I tried to track this online to no avail so I called to get an ETA I was told between 4pm and 7pm... great. I removed my old appliance to make room for new and waited and waited. 7.30pm and of course your office is shut so back to the online tracker. This say my delivery was attempted at 10am. Not the case I was home, my CCTV shows no delivery and I had no calls to or missed delivery card. Fast forward to the next morning I called product care who were in charge of my delivery to be told my item was never out for delivery and was in fact out of stock at the manufacturers and the gentleman that I spoke to the day before should have made me aware. The young lady also told me I had missed a call the day before my delivery was due alerting me of the matter. I have no missed calls or voicemails we live in the 21st century lies such as these don't really work anymore, you also have my email address could you not get me via phone this is also a way of communication in this high tech world. I them spoke to jdwilliams direct who confirmed the item is out of stock and a manager would get back to me. I spoke with the manager who is unable to swap my product for a similar item and advised me the item is not out of stock and will be delivered within the week. He is unable to tell me why it was not delivered or why I'm been advised it's out of stock. I'm struggling to have faith my item will be delivered as promised and quite frankly will never order from here again. It has not only inconvenienced me massively but proven costly as I now have to replace all the food that I'm unable to store. And have to shop day to with 3 very young children and it's still the school holidays and parent will know how difficult this makes the simplest of tasks… JD Williams has not yet responded. Nora Mayhew: 1/5 Stars 19/02/2018 Missing width in womens shoes I would like to know why JD Williams do offer women's shoes in EE width fitting. I am a 9EE so my size is just not catered for. I'm sure there must be many other women with my size foot. Do you intend to address this issue? JD Williams has not yet responded. Keirhm Bahur: 1/5 Stars 15/12/2017 Terrible company DO NOT USE!!!!!! Terrible company DO NOT USE!!!!!!. People that are struggling to get thing and looking for a helping hand for Christmas please look for alternative method this company has not only wasted my time and my families time for 2 weeks, but also lies to its customers. My experience with this company was horrific and I really am struggling to understand how they are still running as a business. There products are over priced and then on top interest. They gave me 175 credit, made me sign a credit consumers credit agreement said I was allowed to order straight away after completed registration. So I placed an order, which was then processed even spoke to someone to take an order off. Everything was fine order was being picked. Next Day I checked with no communication they cancelled my delivery, an my credit disappeared. I called up and asked what the issue was. I was told there wasn't an issue, but it was just the fact that multiple account was opened on the same account, which after I got accepted I spread the word to my family who then joined, The woman from credit control said that was fine , done an Experian credit check on me and re issued my credit and told me to re order. So I did. Again I found out yesterday it was cancelled. Then Called back and was told the company has decided to not give me a credit facility and I could order with a card. On top of all this the guy I spoke to was being extremely rude and uncaring, called the woman who I originally spoke to as an advisor, when she made a point she was credit control. Told me he couldn't do anything when clearly they can and without no real reason. When agreeing to a credit agreement. The creditor can not exit the credit agreement unless if there has been a breach in contract, Which there wasn't as I wasn't given any chance. I asked to speak to a manager or the person who made the decision, I was told no one was there in that position, Which in any work place there is a manager or supervisor, and was told that complaints will call me back and could I give them my number which they already have. Now firstly why would I buy anything from the company if I had the money right this second in comparison what I want to get is all together £95 from amazon and £162 from Jd Williams. Good luck to the company as it will be very short lived especially the way it treats its customers or referrers. Carissa Butler: 1/5 Stars 16/03/2017 Poor quality products ordered some curtains from JDWilliams not too long ago however they are such poor quality. They are so thin that you can literally see through them when it's light outside. Also, the curtains have sequins on them but I noticed that there is a patch of sequins that are missing. The quality of the curtains overall is poor and I would not recommend buying from here. JD Williams has not yet responded. Howard Davis: 1/5 Stars 04/03/2016 cothing company fronting as high interest credit company my purchase items to the value of 40 poud plus we waited for a request for payment one month later we recived a letter that we had not payed and were told being charged 25 poundplus interest we duly paid what we owed minus any late payment with a cheque for full stating in full and final settlement we have since received a further statement saying they added further interest on I again wrote referring to my first letter awaiting reply JD Williams has not yet responded.
